Concord-based CM Black Construction Co. Inc. has been selected as the contractor for West Torrence Professional Center Office Condominiums in Huntersville Business Park.
Construction is under way, and completion is expected this month.
The first of three buildings being developed by Octavian Development (formerly Fisher Harriss Development Co.) is the shell medical and professional office building, which is about 9,000 square feet. It will house one to four tenants.
