Providence Country Club was established in 1989.
Are memberships available to non-owners of property within the community?
Yes, home ownership is not a requirement to be a member of this club.
What facilities are available to members?
The main clubhouse, a classic Georgian design, is available for private parties, business meetings and Member functions in the main ballroom as well as the other private dining rooms. Also available is the Culberson Grill, Turnberry lounge ,A fitness center, pro shop and locker areas for ladies and gentlemen which afford members all the amenities and comfort of home.
What is the club yardage?
From the tips this 18 hole course is a par 72 and measures 7,008 yards.
What about tennis and swimming?

The 14 courts in our tennis complex consist of eight lighted composition courts, two all-weather courts and four new state of
the art sub-surface irrigated courts. There is also a fully stocked pro shop and viewing deck. Organized play makes up a large part of our tennis programs. With many years of experience, our USPTA certified teaching pros plan competitive events and clinics which add to the overall tennis enjoyment for all age groups.
Fitness Center
In addition to top class Precor and Nautilus equipment, the PCC Fitness Center also makes available certified instructors who assist with programs such as weighttraining, aerobic exercise and self defense. Experts in the health field join us for frequent seminars and provide guidance regarding fitness and nutrition.
Traditional yoga and pilates programs are alsoavailable. There are classes for juniors too includingjunior weight training and martial arts.
Swimming
There is a variety of available activities at the swim facility. The ten lane competition swimming pool, junior Olympic sized pool and wading pool accomodate an abundance of swimming activities. Any news on the Villages of Lake Norman? Personally I'm a little concerned as my friends live in Oakhurst and we'd much rather see some nice housing and shops there than yet another tacky auto dealership.

No pricing is currently available.
230 S Tryon
230 S Tryon is a 12 Story luxury high-rise condominium project located at the corner of Third and Tryon Streets in Uptown Charlotte. The project will include 110 condominiums on twelve floors, two restaurants, a coffee shop and a deck containing 675 parking spaces. Prices start at $169,000 to $500,000 for the studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom units. The penthouse suites range from 1,900 to 4,000 sq ft priced at $750,000 to $1,500,000. Interiors will have nine and 10 ft ceilings, hardwood floors, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Amenities include a full-time door man, concierge, club room, cyber cafe, fitness center, pool, and social area. Completion projected summer 2006. The Avenue A 36 Story high-rise condominium project located at North Church and 5th Streets in the heart of Charlotte´s Center City, The Avenue will comprise of 386 one and two bedroom units, as well as an 8,000 sq ft street-level retail space. Prices start at $170,000 for the one bedroom unit. The Citadin
Citadin is the largest, most diverse residential undertaking in the burgeoning Center City and promises to create a signature destination of 424 homes, as well as office space and retail space in historic Fourth Ward. The Arlington Building The Arlington is a 121 unit, 24 story high-rise luxury condominium project complete in 2002 . One and two bedroom units range from 886 sq ft to 1,797 sq ft. The Penthouse units have three bedrooms and range from 2,270 sq ft to over 4,700 sq ft . Prices Start at $200,000 to over $1,000,000.
