One of the hottest areas in America's adjusting real estate market is undoubtably the Lake Norman Real Estate market. Lake Norman, located 20 minutes north of Charlotte is undergoing a major boom, both in the housing industry as well as in the job market. The newly proposed Village at Lake Norman, a 1.4M square foot retail center is expected to create not only an additional exit 27, but also an estimated 3000 new jobs. The Phoenix-based developer etimates the economic impact of the Village at Lake Norman to top $370 million annually.
