A new condo building called One Charlotte will change the Charlotte, North Carolina skyline. One Charlotte is a luxury tower having 99 luxury residences priced from $1.5 million to $10 million. These condos, including two penthouse suites will comprise between 2,000 and 8,000 square feet. The 40-story condo tower will have floor-to-ceiling glass featuring unevenly placed balconies around the facade to create an asymmetrical silhouette. The "crown" of this majestic tower will form a vaulted ceiling penthouse. One Charlotte residents will enjoy the luxury of individual elevators with direct access to residence foyers, valet and private parking. The development will have a full-service concierge. A 24,000-square-foot terrace is provided for an outdoor living pleasure and will include a fountain, fire pit and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. A lap pool that will spill into a resort-style water feature, finishes this outdoor space and will be surrounded by Portman-designed cabanas. For the fitness oriented residents, a 10,000-square-foot fitness and spa club will be present. A demo kitchen and a private dining suite will be operated by an on-site chef service that will pre-prepare custom meals, and cold storage lockers will be available at the concierge level for on-site grocery delivery.
