Alexander Chase
Alexander Chase is located in a great area of Cornelius real estate giving you quick and easy access to much of the surrounding area. Only 15 minute drive from uptown Charlotte. Cornelius is part of the Lake Norman community and adjacent to homes for sale in Huntersville. This area has a lot of offer because of its plentiful shopping and restaurants to choose from, such as Birkdale Village with multiple stores along with a movie theater.
Some of the amenities to enjoy at Alexander Chase are a Clubhouse with entertaining area, fitness center, Swimming pool with large sundeck, Exterior building maintenance & repair and open field to play in for the children.
If living in a townhome community is what you are looking for but would like to take a look at other Cornelius town homes for sale, may I suggest Oakhurst. This area is only a couple miles from this location.
